This project involved developing materials for Carnegie Hall Weill Music Institute in New York City. The educational department requested interactive white board (IWB) modules for their popular classroom curriculum, LinkUp.

The graphic design and content had been previously developed by the Weill Music Institute (WMI) however the technological interactivity needed to be added.
Using the SMART Notebook software and Adobe Photoshop I designed interactive elements to engage students with touch, stimulating visuals and interactive sound elements.
Example of Lesson Content Developed with SMART Notebook for the SMART Interactive White Board:
The lessons were fine-tuned for interactivity, not only for the students but for the teachers as well. My opinion is that if the teacher isn't able to quickly and easily use the material then student learning will suffer.
The project took approximately four months and involved several detailed drafts. The final result was a complete series of Link Up interactive whiteboard lessons for students and teachers to use in the classroom.
It was a tremendous pleasure working with the Carnegie Hall staff and leadership throughout this project.
